order guidelines

  • Minimum order is 12 pieces.

  • All orders require a 50% Deposit

  • Orders received after 12p.m. central time will be considered next business day.

  • Order details (size, color, style, etc.) must be submitted and art approved at least 5 days before due date to avoid delays.

  • All P.O.’s must include the following:

    Brand(s) - Style(s) - Color(s) - Sizes - Print locations - Due Date - Address &/or Shipping Info


ART SUBMISSION

VECTOR ART

  • .Ai, .EPS, .PDF

  • All text converted to outlines & linked files embedded

PHOTOSHOP

  • Save as .PSD at 300 DPI or higher AND at final print size.

  • Use spot colors within design

  • Print size must be specified


production

Normally produced in 7-10 Business days AFTER deposit and Art approval.

During peak season, turnaround time can reach 10 - 15 business days.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

 

COLORED GARMENTS

For all garments and Items that require a base or flash, Add 1 color for each location.

COLOR CHANGES

$10 Per color change and Must be a minimum of 12 pieces per color.

PRODUCTION PROOF

A production proof is a physical proof of your garment and item printed. These are usually done for larger orders or orders using specialty inks, but can be produced at your request for $50 per color. We do not offer in house press checks.

ART CHARGES

  • $50/hr for custom artwork.

  • Simple art and text formatting are free.

  • 2 Proofs are free

  • Each additional proof due to client changes are $15 ea.

  • Any fees associated with art will be discussed with you before proceeding.

RUSH CHARGES

As much as we’d like to help everyone, Rush orders are not always possible. In the instance they are, the breakdown is below.

  • 5 Day Turnaround = 30% of Order

  • 4 Day Turnaround = 40% of Order

  • 3 Day Turnaround = 50% of Order
